Depending on your circumstances, we can assist with banks, utility providers, insurers, mobile phone companies, broadband providers, subscription services, local authorities, pension providers and many other organisations.

Every bereavement is different. Some cases can be resolved within a few weeks, while others may take several months depending on the organisations involved.

No. However, some organisations may only discuss certain matters with the executor or next of kin. We’ll explain what authority is needed in your situation.

No. We provide practical administrative support only. We do not provide legal, financial or tax advice.

No. We do not apply for probate or administer estates. If probate is required, we can help you find an appropriately qualified professional. We also cannot act as an executor or make decisions on behalf of an estate.

No. We do not handle estate funds or make financial decisions on behalf of our clients.
However, we do:

✅ Help gather the documents the bank requires.
✅ Liaise with the bank throughout the process.
